Pre-orders subject to availability. 

Laser Engraving:

Custom engraving specifications, including your 'in-hands' date must be included with your order. If you are placing a "repeat order" (I.e. name plate for annual plaque), please specify when ordering. Production turnaround time is usually 5-7 working business days after receipt of the final artwork approval. Expediated turnout is sometimes possible depending on availability and production.

Artwork and Vector:

Artwork pricing is based on provided suitable and acceptable digital format of artwork with minimal alterations.

If artwork design is needed, it subject to a minimum $25/hr.

If additional artwork & design is necessary due to low resolution, file format problems, or other last minute issues, we will contact you with an estimated additional cost to have the artwork improved. Please note this may increase the overall production time needed. Formats available as follows:

• Laser engraving - Acceptable vector formats are Adobe .ai, Postscript .eps but .svg format is preferred. If you do not have your artwork in vector format, please provide a high resolution version in any of the following raster formats: .jpg, .png, .tif, bmp, and .gif. Artwork submitted in color for laser engraving will be converted to greyscale or two tone (black and white) 

• Mylar - Acceptable formats are .jpg, .png, .tif, .tiff, .bmp, .ai, .eps, and .svg. Images may be in colour.

• Sublimation - We currently do not offer sublimation at this time, but we will be offering it in the future.

Any order requiring artwork approval must be accepted and signed off on before any production.

Setup charges and fees:

A one time fee of $30 may be applied to each order. On repeat orders this may be waived if no significant changes have been done. Name plate updating subject to $20 fee. Additional fees are dependant on items. Bulk order rates available on all aforementioned items. Call for full details.
